








This program is built for REAL women at every fitness level.
All exercises can be progressed or regressed (made harder or easier) every workout based off every member's ability.
Participating women must come to 3 workouts per week. Each session is 60 minutes long. In and out the door in 1 hour every workout.
Strict, NO! Diet, yes! The diet plan is family-friendly, easy-to-follow, and meant to be so simple that it feels mindless. No crash diets or extreme restrictions.
You’re getting personalized coaching, nutrition guidance, weekly body composition scans, and accountability check-ins for 8 weeks.

Life happens! Sessions are offered a couple times a day, every day of the week. If you miss one, simple come in later in the week to make it up. Simple and flexible to be consistent.
In the rare case you don't hit your goal, as long as all other requirements have been met, we will continue working with you until you do!
If you complete the program and hit your personalized weight loss goal, we’ll reimburse you up to $100 toward a new swimsuit of your choice for the summer season this year!
